Further 2 Million Funding for Munich-based AI company e-bot7
42CAP is the lead investor of the new financing round in the AI-Startup e-bot7
- e-bot7 secures 2 million Euros in financing for further growth. Investors are 42Cap (Lesara, Kaia Health, OnTruck, Candis, SHINE), the main incubator, research and development unit of the Commerzbank Group, and a renowned business angel.

42CAP as lead investor, together with other well-known existing investors, has invested a total amount of 2 million Euros in the AI-Startup e-bot7 which was founded in 2016. Other existing investors include the main incubator, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Commerzbank, the venture unit of Telefónica Deutschland Wayra, and a leading private investor.
With the new investment round, e-bot7 is expanding its team on the technology and sales side to expand its AI solution and support even more companies in integrating artificial intelligence into their customer service. In addition, the units ChatbotNewsDaily, the largest Chatbot and AI network in Europe, and Chatbot Consulting will be expanded.
The founding team consists of Fabian Beringer, Xaver Lehmann and Maximilian Gerer, who have been featured in this years Forbes ‘30 Under 30’ list and are leading members of the German AI Association, in order to further advance Artificial Intelligence on the political level. In addition, the founders are mentors in renowned programs such as the Founders Institute in Silicon Valley, the Next Logistic Accelerator in Hamburg and many more.
At the beginning of 2018, e-bot7 has already won the innovation award of the Call Center World in Berlin and was a substantial participant of programs such as Wayra, WeXellerate, Insurtech, TechFounders, the EU-funded innovation program Impact Growth and many other programs and has won several other awards. On the customer side, the strongly growing startup, which is now present throughout Europe, cooperates and works together with the largest companies in various industries.
