(Technical) Project Manager (m/f/d)


  • Convert high-level technical requirements into projects, milestones, sprints, and deliverables
  • Tracking project status from initiation to completion, resource management, vendors and contract negotiation processes
  • Work closely with engineering leaders on defining clear project plans based on the vision and priorities, projects budget estimation, cost tracking, and executive reporting
  • Work with business stakeholders, product managers, and software engineering leaders to understand the big picture, project requirements, priorities, and high-level technical implementation details
  • Identify, communicate and manage issues and risks, notifying and/or escalating to the appropriate manager for assistance and resolution (responsible for creation and management of project risk management plans)
  • Act as central point of contact and owner of all project activities throughout the delivery lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, and implementation
  • Ensure that project deliverables are meeting the required quality standards and are delivered within time, and budget constraints



  • Proven experience leading software engineering projects with cross-functional teams with diverse background both from business and tech
  • Proven experience building out large-scale project plans with complex dependencies and effective resource management
  • Strong technical background and technical understanding
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders such as C-Level and VP-Level management, including effective status tracking, issue escalation, and executive reporting to all levels within the organization
  • Strong time management, prioritization, problem-solving, decision making, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven experience in the Agile methodology and JIRA, creating and managing projects, issues, epics, sprints, reports
  • Fluent in German/English

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical discipline
  • Ability to build strong relationships with direct customers and internal teams
  • Quick learner and interested in learning new technologies
  • Excellent documentation skills Is a plus
  • Previous software engineering experience a plus
  • Fluent in French/Spanish or Italian
