Senior Customer Success Executive (m/f/d)
- Lead the process of converting big customers from pilots to full projects
- Work together with our product, tech and sales team to create the best experience for our customers
- Support our salesforce from the first meetings and take over the projects
- Keep all customer information, notes, and documents up-to-date in relevant systems and provide accurate and timely report
- Lead, manage, maintain and develop our Key Accounts
- 3-5+ years of customer success, customer service or sales experience
- Excellent in German and fluent in Business English
- Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders involved especially customers
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- A natural networker, confident and friendly
- A brilliant multitasker; highly productive
