Senior Customer Success Executive (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the process of converting big customers from pilots to full projects
  • Work together with our product, tech and sales team to create the best experience for our customers
  • Support our salesforce from the first meetings and take over the projects
  • Keep all customer information, notes, and documents up-to-date in relevant systems and provide accurate and timely report
  • Lead, manage, maintain and develop our Key Accounts

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of customer success, customer service or sales experience
  • Excellent in German and fluent in Business English
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders involved especially customers
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • A natural networker, confident and friendly
  • A brilliant multitasker; highly productive
